With a background dedicated to packaging, Sylvie works since several years for helping plastics companies. She was project manager in JCE Plasturgie cluster during 8 years before joining Plastipolis in January 2018, dedicated to the fusion between Plastipolis and JCEP. She integrates a double competence in packaging and management of project.

An engineering chemist, Léa continued her training with a PhD in Materials Chemistry at the Institut de Chimie de Clermont-Ferrand. Her thesis work focused on the nanoscale design of new composite materials to improve the properties of lithium-ion batteries. She then turned her attention to valorizing the skills of doctors by connecting them to the socio-economic fabric of the region through the creation of a start-up and the development of a range of HR services. Léa then joined a consulting firm specializing in innovation management and financing, helping French manufacturers in a variety of sectors to innovate and find funding.

Based in Clermont-Ferrand, Léa is in charge of POLYMERIS activities in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. She will be in charge of leading the Materials Life Cycle Club and monitoring the Recycling Processes and Recyclable Materials themes.

Doctor/Engineer in Materials Science and Engineering, Thibaut holds a PhD in collaboration with the IMP laboratory of INSA Lyon and the ETI Supergrid Institute. His work focused on the development of insulating polymer materials for future electrical networks. He completed his scientific career through a post-doctoral position at the CEA Liten (Grenoble). After two years of experience in a consulting firm specializing in innovation financing, he joined Polymeris in 2022 as Innovation Manager for the Auvergne Rhône Alpes region.

Julie MALAQUIN graduated as a chemical engineer from ESCOM (École Supérieure de Chimie Organique et Minérale). She started her professional career as an R&D project manager at TEFAL (fluorinated coatings) and then at RENOLIT ONDEX (PVC). She joined POLYMERIS in July 2022 as Innovation Manager Bourgogne Franche-Comté.

PhD in materials chemistry of the University of Lille in 2019 on characterization and development of new oxide-type materials, Martin continued his research work at the Ecole Centrale Lille before to join the cluster in 2020 as Innovation Manager for the Centre-Val de Loire location.

Began her career as a plastics engineer for automotive suppliers. Her missions led her to carry out numerous tests in workshops and laboratories.

After 11 years in the field, she moved on to network management and innovation project development at Polymeris. As project manager, she led the scientific committee and helped set up internal project management for 12 years. In 2019, she and a partner will found ArGil SAS (Action Group Management). The CosmetoPack® consortium, the company's flagship project, benefited from ArGil's guidance until early 2025.

Today, Charlotte joins Polymeris with the mission of managing the new phase of the CosmetoPack® phase II project and its deployment from both a scientific & technical and commercial point of view.
