ENVIRONNEMENT RECYCLING

The Environnement Recycling group specializes in the collection and recovery of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Our equipment enables us to : Treat, for recovery, small mixed appliances (PAM) and screens (flat and CRT) - Sort and separate materials by family: plastics, ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and electronic cards - Separate, for recycling, plastics such as PP, PS and ABS - Give a second life to IT equipment.
The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified, and holds the WEEELABEX label.

FORVIA

FORVIA brings together the technological and industrial strengths of Faurecia & HELLA. With over 300 industrial sites and 77 R&D centers, 150,000 employees and more than 35,000 engineers in over 40 countries, FORVIA offers a global approach to automotive challenges. Comprising 6 BGs with 24 product lines and a strong intellectual property portfolio of over 14,000 patents, FORVIA's Sustainable Materials Division was created to support OEMs in their sustainable development objectives by providing advanced CO2-negative materials. The focus is on 3 families of materials: compounds, sheets and carbon fiber. FORVIA is at the forefront of innovation in biobased materials with its unique products such as NAFILean (hemp fiber-based compound and PP matrix), NFPP (PP natural fiber composite with compression technology) and Ecorium (premium biobased alternative to leather). FORVIA will further accelerate the transition from virgin materials to the best sustainable materials through this division.

GILAC

Gilac designs, manufactures and distributes plastic food containers.

INSA LYON

INSA Lyon is a public scientific, cultural and professional institution with training and research missions, under the supervision of the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation. It is characterized by a strong synergy between training and research, close proximity and rich and fruitful collaborations with the socio-economic world.
Our research strategy aims to develop work at the highest level of scientific excellence in the major disciplines of Engineering, but also to develop responsible and socially responsible research, in line with the founding human values of INSA Lyon as expressed by the two founding fathers of the establishment, Gaston Berger and Jean Capelle in 1957.

IPC

Technical Research and Development Center dedicated to innovation in the plastics industry. IPC has 3 areas of activity: R&D programs, technological development activities, expertise and technology transfer services. Themes: materials, processes and tools, digital design and simulation tools, complemented by a business intelligence unit.

KIMYA

Kimya, 3D materials expertise at the service of manufacturers. A global solution for manufacturers wishing to integrate additive manufacturing into their production processes, whether for functional parts, tooling or small series. Kimya's expertise in polymers is the starting point for your projects. Kimya is committed to providing 3D printer manufacturers with products and services.

LAVOISIER COMPOSITES

Since 2018, Lavoisier Composites has been manufacturing low-environmental-impact parts from industrial residues and/or bio-sourced materials for its customers in all sectors: micromechanics, electronics, sport and leisure, luxury, automotive or aeronautics. We develop custom-made aesthetic and structural materials, which we then use to validate the project from a technical, economic and environmental point of view, from the idea to mass production (from one to tens of thousands of parts). Lavoisier Composites has genuine expertise in the development, design and implementation of materials, the production of complex prototypes and life-cycle analysis to verify the environmental coherence of your projects.

POLLEN METROLOGY

Pollen provides an industrial data and image analysis software platform for the production of innovative materials. By putting Artificial Intelligence at the service of users who are not experts in data science, it is aimed at process and R&D engineers who deal directly with process data. The platform's architecture makes it easy to integrate existing in-house algorithms, thanks to its plugin mechanism. For use cases not yet covered by existing tools, Pollen offers its AI expertise to study the feasibility of new solutions, and develop functional proofs of concept in Smart3. This methodology makes it possible to rapidly benefit from solutions that can be deployed on a production scale.

PRINTUP INSTITUTE

PRINTUP INSTITUTE is an institute run by a research team within the Université de Paris Cité, specializing in the formulation of specific inks and printing processes.
PRINTUP INSTITUTE offers a range of services: research (formulations, sensors and bio-sensors), provision of equipment on a bio-electronics platform, and project management with manufacturers of printed electronics, a fine, flexible, solid, green and easily integrated technology.
PRINTUP INSTITUTE aims to develop a printed electronics value chain dedicated to healthcare, from molecular research to the supply of medical devices for healthcare professionals.

UNIVERSITÉ DE TOURS

The University of Tours is a multi-disciplinary university and is fully involved in the Polymeris cluster's activities via its research laboratories, in particular the Gabriel Lamé Mechanics Laboratory (LaMé). The work of some members of the Laboratory focuses on the influence of elastomer materials manufacturing processes on the mechanical and physical properties induced, and their modeling. They make the link between microstructure and macroscopic behavior, whether in the initial state or after thermal, mechanical or coupled stresses...Members of the LaMé Laboratory are also involved in the bodies of the Pole Polymeris (CS).

VASI sas by Nature Inject

V.A.S.I. stands for Valorisation Active des Systèmes Industriels.
Our business is the design, development and marketing of A.I. software for numerically controlled machines. Our “AutoRUN” software solution: This is an A.I. algorithm used on numerically controlled machines. A breakthrough innovation since 1978, it automates production processes, avoiding errors and downtime, while boosting productivity and product quality. AutoRUN boosts machine operation: with an attractive display and intuitive user interface. Predictive Artificial Intelligence facilitates: information flow, sequence sequencing.
