Retour sur : POLLUTEC 2023 - missions et événements d’Interclustering
At Pollutec 2023, Polymeris took part in several workshops and events dedicated to European projects and exchanges with European clusters to represent its members on issues related to waste and resource management and the plastics circular economy.

European & international French-speaking meeting
In collaboration with Walloon partners AWEX, WBI, NCP Wallonia, Mecatech and the H2O cluster, French partners Axelera, Polymeris and France Water Team, Quebec partner Québec International & Luxembourg partners LUXInnovation, LIST and CCI Luxembourg, On October 10, the GreenWin cluster organized a working and networking session to present European opportunities and foster new collaborations within European projects in the Waste/Resources and Air Quality & Water themes. Companies were able to pitch their expertise and projects in the pipeline. Polymeris also presented the POLREC project and its currently open calls for cascade funding.

Visit from a delegation of Irish companies from the ATIM cluster
Our partner Atim, the Irish competitiveness cluster for advanced and sustainable manufacturing, came to Lyon for the Pollutec trade show with a delegation of companies from the Irish polymer (recycling, injection) and manufacturing industries. On October 12, Polymeris organized a program of site visits in collaboration with SMP Moules and the IPC to promote exchanges between French and Irish companies. A cooperation agreement was signed on October 11, at a reception organized by the Consule Générale de France, to perpetuate the collaboration between Polymeris and ATIM and thus promote access to the Irish market for our members.
October 12-13, 2023: Cluster Meet Regions
CIMES Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, with the support of the Polymeris and Techtera clusters, the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises, and under the coordination of the European Commission, organized the European Clutsers Meet Regions event as part of the Pollutec trade show.
The aim of this European event was to highlight the added value of clusters as essential intermediary organizations in industrial value chains at regional and European level. Polymeris led and participated in several round-table discussions on the French competitiveness cluster model and the future of European industry. The event also provided an opportunity to exchange views with the invited clusters, academic partners and public authorities.
A pitch session for European clusters was organized on October 13 during the Green Days 2023 at Pollutec. Polymeris was able to present the French plastics, rubber and composites ecosystem and the cluster's expertise to European partners.
