OUR ROADMAP

Become THE national benchmark for the Rubber, Plastics & Composites ecosystem

  • Develop and strengthen the pool of members and members: SMEs and ETI supported on their development projects and companies involved
  • Reach 500 contributing members by 2025
  • Shine throughout the national territory by being identified and recognized as the gateway to innovation in Rubbers, Plastics & Composites; create synergies between the different polymer sectors (plastics, rubbers, composites) and set up transversal actions
  • Running a dynamic territorial network at the national level, from 6 partner regions, via structuring establishments (Orléans and Oyonnax-Bellignat) and local branches; ensure proximity with members and stakeholders of the ecosystem

Be a reactor for innovation projects, supporting future changes

  • Position itself as a leading player within the framework of the Strategic Sector Committees (SSC) able to be considered as a solid and visible gateway to client / partner sectors on Materials and Processes themes as well as with the poles present on the Rubber, Plastics and Composites customer markets
  • Promote actions accelerating changes in the Industry of the Future and the Circular Economy for the marketing of industrial innovations. These actions will be structured around 5 DAS which will constitute the roadmap
  • Promote structuring projects through collaborative actions between industrial and academic partners promoting cross-fertilization and technological synergies to position Rubbers, Plastics and Composites as engines of economic and environmental transitions, the objective being to lead more than 20 action sheets per year around these 5 DAS.
  • Provide a structured path for the growth of SMEs and the emergence of strong and innovative mid-sized companies

Take on European and international stature and visibility

  • To be recognized as one of the European reference poles for Rubber, Composites & Plastics; an internationally recognized "brand" for the benefit of business export developments
  • Develop the pool of international members: 10 new members by 2025
  • Have a significant strike force beyond European funding: new projects, members and partners ...: a flow of new European projects involving companies, in particular SMEs and mid-caps (Horizon Europe, Vanguard, Cosme ...) with a target of 50 European projects supported over 2020-2025, including 5 funded per year

To be an efficient and effective pole at the service of its members

  • Have a structured and flexible organization, close to the field and to the members; strong regional and local roots with a logic of local branch sites and historical anchoring points: Oyonnax and Orléans
  • Promote a targeted service offering with high added value, complementary to that of other Rubber, Composites & Plastics players
  • Ensure freedom of action and maneuver thanks to a rate of 55% of private financing and the development of the service activity; a "business" oriented spirit with a logic of project financing
  • Implement agile and efficient governance ensuring the representativeness of the Rubber, Composites and Plastics businesses and their specificities
