The French polymer ecosystem represented by Polymeris at the European Cluster Conference 2024 in Brussels

Polymeris took part in the European Cluster Conference 2024, held in Brussels on May 7 and 8.

 

This biannual conference, organized by the European Commission, brings together key players from European clusters to discuss current and future priorities for cluster policies and sustainable European industrial development. The 2024 edition of this conference, supported by the European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP), was an opportunity for clusters to learn about key EU policy actions, but also to convey to European Commission representatives the expectations and challenges of European industry through a bottom-up approach to the conference program. Polymeris seized this opportunity to represent the dynamic ecosystem of French polymers and elastomers and to exchange views on strategic topics such as Green Transition, Digital Transition and Strengthening Resilience.

 

Discussions highlighted the vital role of clusters in advancing the EU's industrial priorities, emphasizing in particular the importance of skills, financing and technologies for the development of European businesses.
