Polymeris receives 3 stars and strengthens its approach to excellence with the EFQM model
Polymeris has just been awarded the "3-Star" distinction for sustainable performance, a recognition awarded to only about twenty organizations in France. This achievement underscores the cluster's strong commitment to sustainable performance and continuous improvement.
In March, Polymeris initiated a structured organizational excellence approach based on the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) model, a recognized European framework that assesses the overall performance of organizations using a 360° approach. This model takes into account strategy, leadership, organizational culture, results, innovation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable value creation.
This initiative meets several key objectives:
- Strengthen Polymeris' impact in France and internationally, and within its ecosystems.
- Mobilize all teams around a shared vision of excellence.
- Structure the cluster's transformation in the face of industrial, environmental, and European challenges.
- Establish its position as a leading center in polymer materials, plastics, and composites.
Already awarded the Gold "Cluster Management Excellence" label by ESCA (European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis), this approach is part of Polymeris's continuous improvement approach.
Supported by experts from EFQM and AFNOR, the cluster has embarked on a collective assessment phase, mobilizing all its employees to co-construct a progressive and ambitious action plan.
This dynamic is in line with Polymeris's development trajectory, which this year celebrates the 20th anniversary of competitiveness clusters in France.
