POLREC Innovation Open Call: 25 winning projects, including 9 from France
The results of the first call for projects launched as part of the European POLREC project coordinated by Polymeris are in: 25 SMEs have won, including 9 French ones, for a total budget of €660,000. The aim of this call for projects was to finance new, innovative polymer recycling processes, and the success is evident, with 13 winning projects focusing on mechanical recycling, 8 on chemical recycling and 4 on digitization. Winners now have until mid-February to submit the administrative documents required by the consortium and sign the Sub-Grant Agreement. The full list of selected projects, together with their detailed descriptions, will be made public in mid-February, once the contractualization procedure has been finalized. We would like to express our gratitude to all applicants for their exceptional interest and motivation. All the POLREC project partners would like to congratulate the winners and wish each of them every success in realizing their innovative polymer waste recycling projects.
