Polymeris 2026 Annual General Meeting

Polymeris’ 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held this year as part of the FIP trade show, a major industry event that provides an ideal setting for networking and professional exchanges.

This annual gathering is a highlight of the cluster’s calendar, offering an opportunity to review the past year’s achievements as well as discuss strategic directions and future prospects.

Building on the multi-site format implemented during the previous edition, which was particularly well-received, this approach is being repeated to encourage the widest possible participation, with satellite locations in Bordeaux, Orléans, and Vitry-sur-Seine.

Program :

• 10:00 a.m. – Welcome coffee
• 10:30 a.m. – Ordinary General Meeting
• Agenda :
  • Management and financial reports on the activity and the accounts for the financial year ended December 31, 2025; auditors’ reports on the accounts for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, and on related-party agreements
  • Approval of the accounts and transactions of the financial year; discharge (quitus) to the Board of Directors
  • Allocation of the result
  • Renewal of one third of the directors’ mandates
  • Change of permanent representatives
  • Presentation of Polymeris strategic reflections for 2027/2030
  • Spotlight on new members for 2025/2026
• 12:30 p.m. – Cocktail reception at the stand
