POLLUTEC is the benchmark event for environmental innovation, showcasing environmental solutions for industry, cities and regions, and providing a springboard for market innovations and international development. It is one of the industry's major B-to-B trade shows. Through its 11 exhibition sectors, it brings together all the equipment, technologies and services for the prevention and treatment of all types of pollution, and acts to preserve the environment and implement sustainable development.
The Region's aim is to bring together local players and companies at the show, to promote its economic fabric and demonstrate its commitment to the development of sustainable industries.
The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes pavilion will be centrally located in Hall 4 (collective and institutional), a 400 m2 space that can accommodate 25 companies.
That's why the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, in partnership with Polymeris, is launching a call for expressions of interest to recruit companies.
CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
Eligibility & selection criteria:
- Companies:
- TPE (Très Petite Entreprise): fewer than 10 employees and annual sales or balance sheet total < €2M
- PME (Petite et Moyenne Entreprise): Headcount between 11 and 249 employees; €2M < Annual sales < €50M Or €2M < Annual balance sheet total < to €43M
- ETIs with a headcount of 1,000 or less are also eligible to apply
- Propose an innovative solution/technology, which may be the subject of demonstrations
- Be based in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (head office or establishment)
Applicant companies undertake to:
- not to be present at the show via another stand
- to be present for the entire duration of the show
A jury made up of representatives of the Region and its partner organizations will select the exhibitors on the Region pavilion on the basis of the following criteria.
REGIONAL OFFER RATES
The Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region finances the entire pavilion: purchase of space, layout, stand construction and related communication media. Companies are asked to contribute according to their typology
- SME: €2,955 excluding VAT
- Start-up*: €2,437.50 excluding VAT
Your participation will be definitive upon payment of these fees.
The deadline for submissions is April 17 at 12 noon!
