Polymeris is exhibiting with its members at the PRSE at booth H116.
Come and discuss our European projects:
Throughout the fair, feel free to visit our booth to explore networking, funding, and support opportunities through our European projects:
- Plastice: The project is based on three main chemical recycling methods that are being tested at various demonstration sites in Europe. The first combines microwave-assisted pyrolysis and hydrothermal liquefaction. The second relies on gasification and conversion into synthesis gas, and the third explores enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation.
- Solstice: An ambitious European project aiming to demonstrate, in four pilot regions, systemic and replicable solutions for a circular, low-carbon textile economy, integrating the 5R strategy, innovative sorting and chemical recycling technologies, and a digital product passport to ensure material traceability.
- Cirplastx: The project aims to develop a data space designed to support the plastics industry in improving its circularity through information sharing throughout the value chain.
Come and meet Polymeris members at booth H116.
Geneomat :
GENEOMAT is an innovation and R&D consultancy specializing in materials, recycling and packaging. We support companies, manufacturers and start-ups in the development of new concepts and innovative products, and can intervene at each stage: from reflection to implementation (diagnosis, orientation, prototyping, implementation, industrialization, valorization...). The projects are managed with a quality approach, guaranteeing a sustainable development approach to limit the environmental impact (LCA, Carbon footprint).
GENEOMAT is always looking for concrete, technical and organizational solutions that will allow a better integration of recycled materials in the products of tomorrow.
KOMAX :
We, KOMAX, engineer and produce single-screw extruders as well as complete extrusion lines for tubes/pipes, profiles, wire and cables.
Our extruders save over 25% of energy compared to standard machines, thanks to our innovative fully grooved cylinders process.
Automotive, hardness/wiring, building, infrustructures, packaging and textile are our application businesses.
MAPEA
MAPEA has acquired expertise in the compatibilization of polymers and in reactive extrusion enabling to offer validated solutions on a semi-industrial scale to recover end-of-life textiles.
MAPEA creates and produces granules for the plastics industry from textile blends:polyamide/polyurethane (PA/TPU), polyester/ polyurethane (PET/TPU), PET/PA and PA/PET/TPU or polyester/cotton. The targeted markets are primarily those of sports and leisure and BtoB before addressing the building, electrical and automotive products.
Our materials enables you to reduce your dependence on products of fossil origin, Regionalize your supplies (security) and globally and significantly reduce your carbon footprint.
NEOS :
néos is a 100% French company based in Beaune, Burgundy. Founded in 1994 under the name Horstmann and renamed neos in 2002, the company designs, builds and commissions sorting plants for solid, household and industrial waste. With 30 years' experience and over 100 references in France, neos has seen its turnover double over the last 3 years.
As a major player in the sorting sector, neos is able to offer an optimum design for your project, with : Robust equipment based on our different areas of expertise (waste, quarrying, etc.), Supervision software developed in-house on the basis of our experience feedback, Optimum design based on our design rules derived from our selective collection feedback.
POLYLOOP :
The French start-up Polyloop develops and commercializes compact and easy-to-use recycling units, installed on the transformer's site. The recycling unit, dedicated to thermoplastic composite materials, allows the regeneration of formulated polymers thanks to its recycling process by selective dissolution and precipitation. Polyloop addresses post-production and pre-consumer waste: PVC, polycarbonate and recently PVDF composites. Polyloop provides a solution for recycling and reintegrating high quality raw materials into production. Don't buy what you already have, take it from your waste!
