Calyxia has developed a unique process to produce the first perfectly sealed, process resistant, and customizable microcapsules.
We can protect reactive, functional and optical additives even in extreme temperature and shear processing conditions (extrusion, injection, compression moulding, film casting…) and deliver them at the right time and site for performance: Reactive Additives (Catalysts, Accelerators, Curing Agents…) - Functional Additives (Anti-Wear Additive, Anti-Abrasion Additive…) - Optical Additives (Pigments, Liquid Crystals, Dyes….).
This technology has been successfully validated with many large actors in high-performance plastics, electronics materials and adhesives & coatings applications to provide new feature to their materials or to improve the performance of their current materials.
ELASTEVER

FUTERRO
Hall 5 - Stand D04-05
Futerro is a pioneer and world leader in the development and production of platform molecules and Poly Lactic Acid (PLA), a bio-based, recyclable and industrially compostable plastic. With more than 30 years of experience in the bioplastics industry, Futerro is today the second largest PLA producer with an annual capacity of 100.000 T in Asia and is planning to become the first European producer by 2028 with an annual capacity of 75.000 T in France. This new factory will cover the entire PLA life cycle, from the renewable natural raw materials to the pure PLA pellets production, and the recycling of PLA-based materials. PLA is a drop-in solution and can easily compete by itself with PS or PET or could be modified to reach other fossil-based specifications (ABS, PP, etc. depending on the targeted application), while being with a much lower environmental footprint impact.
GEFICCA
Hall 5 - Stand D04-19
Since 1981, GEFICCA has been working with major players in the Automotive, Defence, Sports and Leisure, Industry, Household Appliances, Food and Energy sectors. From research and development through formulation to mass production, GEFICCA stands out for its multi-technology offer: Injection or compression moulding and overmoulding ; Fitting by vulcanisation.
Our connected rubber allows us to follow the life of products in real time in production, in stock or in operation. We support our customers in the 3D definition of products and offer a prototype phase for its qualification. Certified ISO 9001 and 14001 in France and IATF 16949 in Tunisia, our group innovates and develops environmentally friendly solutions.
MARCHANTE
Hall 3 - Stand E71-06
MARCHANTE designs biaxially oriented film production lines for a range of industries, including renewable energy, batteries and recyclable packaging.
With decades of experience in the biaxially-stretched films, MARCHANTE is able to offer point technologies for the manufacture of battery separators, capacitor films and multi-layer structures for packaging, among many other end-customer applications.
We are also developing new types of film in our innovation centre (MIC), where we have several pilot tools for co-extrusion and off-line dynamic biaxial-stretching of samples.
OLNICA
Hall 5 - Stand D04-17
Olnica is specialized in the marking of materials and products. Olnica has developed the very first complete secure “Track & Trace” system combining the strength of innovative molecular taggants, the power of fluorophore detection, and the integration of digital and cloud technologies. These invisible taggants enable the physical identification of materials, products and parts at any point in the life cycle and supply chain. Our patented technology makes it possible to integrate an ultra-secure and completely tamper-proof taggant into the products, on an invisible marking on the surface of a packaging or in the raw material itself. Its thus constituting a real “biometric passport” for the materials.
