To find out more about the European issues surrounding innovative packaging, take part in the next edition of the Rendez-vous Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in Brussels, organized by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises Agency, on October 24 and 25.

Tuesday, October 24 - Brussels

• Institutional highlights & European issues
  Roundtables and discussions with European institutions on European packaging and recycling issues, and current and future EU legislation in this sector.
• Networking lunch
• Partner search & European funding" workshop
  Workshop and networking on existing European funding in this sector.
• "Rendez-vous Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in Brussels" evening
  Promotion of the regional packaging ecosystem & tasting of regional products, in the presence of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes network in Brussels and European partners.

Wednesday, October 25 - Mechelen

• Visitor mission at the show EMPACK and Packaging Innovations Malines 2023
  A visit to Belgium's biggest trade fair for the future of packaging.

Participants are responsible for their own transport to Brussels, as well as accommodation and travel costs in Mechelen (€21 per adult for a return ticket from Brussels to Mechelen). BAS2ES EN Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes companies (TPE, ETI & PME) can benefit from financial assistance in the form of a co-payment of up to 300€ or 50% of the costs incurred. This assistance, granted by Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes entreprises or the Axelera competitiveness cluster, can be requested by emailing proof of expenditure to Perrine POITTEVIN (ppottevin@arae.fr).
