On December 10, Polymeris and CIMES co-organized a webinar on strategic foresight to train French SMEs on this strategy, which can be beneficial in anticipating future crises that may impact the industry. From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., the 15 participants in this webinar learned about the term and the benefits of implementing this strategy in their activities to anticipate future crises impacting their production chain.
On January 21, Polymeris and CIMES are once again organizing a webinar on the topic to train more SMEs and continue training those who attended the first webinar.
This webinar, open to all, will follow on from the first webinar by sharing the signals identified by participants in order to anticipate future crises. It will enable participants to discover strategies for countering these changes.
